Prepare Grimoires release for OMII 2.0.

Outcome: done the profiling. The dominant overhead for Grimoires inquiry is inside the triple store.

Fixed a bug in the junit test suite. Now there are 8 errors and 3 failures among 103 test cases for Grimoires in OMII 2.0.

Outcome: Finished some documentation for the Grimoires access control. Outcome: Fixed problem with feta client. Can now publish all service description from mygrid annotation fest.

Refactored browser GUI to show both predefined categories and all servies EOF

Discussed issues

• Sylvia reports when using the new feta schema, some of the feta descriptions can not be queried for the attached metadata.
